General Manager

Chan Loo Keat - General Manager

More than 20 years of experience in Production Operations and Factory Management.
He has extensive experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Production Manager and Factory Manager. He got his practical training in Taiwan, Japan, Italy, and the United States of America.
Successfully ran his own water filtration and treatment system business for 10 years before getting involved in fertilizer and food production.
In the past 6 years he has been involved in Organic Agriculture, from running the farm to developing a modern organic farming system for the farms.

Lajendar singh

International Business Development Head

Lajendar Singh - International Business Development Head

He has extensive experience of 25 years in Supply Chain, Project Lead & Talent Management. During this time, worked for both Local and Overseas clients.
Has been involved in Project Management of Sembcorp Marine’s (Jurong Shipyard) Offshore Division and One Belt One Road (OBOR) initiative- China to Singapore freight movement.
Has hands-on experience in supply chain management (coal, palm oil, etc) sourcing and exporting to various countries.
Very well adaptable to different working environments, human cultures and different challenges. A keen team player with great emphasis on Sustainability, Fair Trade, Excellence and Customer Satisfaction.

CAROLINE PERERA

Products Manager

Caroline Perera - Products Manager

She has a Bachelor of Science and Technology in Aquaculture from Florida Institute of Technology, USA.
With 12 years of experience in the Organic Aquaculture/Agriculture Field in Farm Production and Farm Management.
Developed Organic farming methods, systems and formulated a range of organic fertilizers, pest management/control, natural growth promoters, etc.
She is also experienced in the training of Farm Supervisors/Managers; Farm Hands (Practical Organic training in all aspects).

MELINDA PERERA

R & D Manager

Melinda Perera - R & D Manager

She has a Bachelor of Science from James CookUniversity, Australia.
With 10 years of experience in the agriculture Industry, she has been involved in Research and development for new systems encompassing ecofriendly natural farming including improved feed formulations, ecofriendly farm practices, farm planning and management.
She has been instrumental in developing a range of all natural products to aid in farming, which includes products for pest management/control, natural growth promoters, plant fertilizers and nutrients, natural antibacterial and fungicide solutions.

LOW PENG CHIEW

Bio - Digital Manager

Low Peng Chiew - Bio - Digital Manager

Specialized in Financial Administration stream with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in 1980.
Headed Extol Bhd Systems Integration and E-Commerce departments before branching out as an independent consultant with Maxis Bhd’s Information Systems Division in 1998.
He formulated their IT Security Policy and conducted their security gap analysis.
Started a software development company and developed a number of applications for Maxis.
Retired in 2018, he has since then moved on to his basic interest in agriculture and developed ICT applications for agriculture automation through the deployment of the Internet of Things and data analysis.

CHOO WAI YU

Smart System Manager

Choo Wai Yu - Smart System Manager

Has more than 30 years of working experience in the ICT industry mainly in Banking environment.
- A key participant in the setting up and managing of credit card network system between member banks in 1997
- Involved as stakeholder in the worldwide Y2K system conversion.
Has been involved in System Development & Support, Project Management and IT consultancy work.
With his interest in automation, he is currently managing R&D work on IoT system to develop both software and hardware systems for smart farming environment.

Karen Choi

Karen Choi - Sales & Marketing Manager

She has a Bachelor degree of Science in Biochemistry from Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master degree of Business Administration from University of Strathclyde, Scotland.
She has a Certificate from ITEC, UK for Diet & Nutrition for Complementary Therapist and an Associate Diploma from the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, US in Aromatherapy.
More than 18 years of sales and marketing experience including products management, sales campaigns management, channel/alliance management and new business development in IT industry.
Nature lover and has a passion in healthy real food and whole food cooking.

Jimmy Kuan

Production Manager

Jimmy Kuan - Production Manager

He has a wide experience in both Mechanical & Electrical ELV system deployment for commerical & residential buildings as well as extensive technical knowledge in purification devices and processes.
He is experienced in the setting up, operations & maintenance of organic systems. infrastructure around Malaysia.
