Delivery
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.
After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within 5 working days.
Returns
All orders are checked for defects before shipment. However, if there are incidents that you have received an faulty item or something that is incorrectly described or different from your order (apology for our mistake) we will make an one-for-one exchange.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
Besides the above mentioned situation, all other items are non-returnable.
